Mailrite is authorized by the UMass Extension to accept orders and ships calendars on behalf of the UMass Extension, and is the only source from which the UMass Extension may be ordered. Mailrite is a mailing, printing and fulfillment company located in Putney, VT. When you place a credit card order on this site for the Calendar, your credit card bill will show a billing to Mailrite, not to the UMass. Mailrite forwards the your payment for the calendar to the UMass Extension. Sales of the calendar are used to support UMass Extension research and education programs.

Shipping Information:

If you choose the 3-5 day shipping choice, your calendar will arrive either by First Class Mail or by UPS. If you order less than 10 calendars and choose the 2-3 week shipping choice, your calendar shipping will be free and will arrive by USPS Standard Mail in 2-3 weeks. If you order 10 calendars or more and chose the 2-3 week shipping choice your calendar will be shipped UPS and will arrive in the same time and at the same cost to you as the 3-5 day shipping choice.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: Orders for calendars may be canceled the same day the order is placed by e-mailing Mailrite at umassgardencalendar@mailritevt.com. Calendars may not be returned for credit.

When ordering online you will receive an e-mail confirming your order.

You may check the status of your order by clicking on the link in your order confirmation e-mail.

Other questions about orders or shipment may be directed to Mailrite calling or sending an e-mail with the order details in your order or shipping confirmation. If your order has shipped by UPS you may go directly to the UPS site and enter your shipping confirmation number to determine the status of your shipment.
